After the prayer session, I laid my one -year old baby on the ground with other children. I was then going to the toilet when suddenly I saw two armed men who stormed the church on a motorcycle and forcefully snatch the baby away.”
Mrs. Egwuchukwu then went to Oru Police Station to lodge complaint over the missing girl. “It was a terrible experience in my life. I started praying to God that one day I will see my child.
“I got information from the Commissioner of Police, Mr. Ali who sent for me. When I got there, he asked me to check if one of the recovered children was mine. When I got there, it was my child that they recovered on April 28, 2014,” she explained with joy.
